Meet Raine

Raine Palladino is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York and Connecticut, widely recognized for her expertise in psychology and evidence-based clinical practice. As the founder of Rising Stars ABA, she blends data-driven behavioral services with deep personal care. By creating highly individualized plans, she ensures that every client receives the targeted support they need to truly thrive. Her leadership in private practice is backed by a strong foundation in Autism Services. Over the years, she has earned a reputation as a trusted clinician deeply dedicated to helping individuals and families thrive.

Complementing her clinical leadership, Raine is a dedicated educator who brings real-world experience and insight into higher education. She serves as an Adjunct Faculty member across prominent institutions, including Hunter College and Pace University, where she designs specialized, interactive courses such as Child Development and Behavior Decision-Making. A recipient of the Fellowship for Teaching Excellence in Psychology, she bridges academic theory with practical application to create  dynamic learning environments. Raine holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Hunter College and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Monmouth University. This strong academic background fuels her dual passions for clinical excellence and mentoring the next generation of professionals.
