Raine Palladino graduated from the City University of New York at Hunter College with a Master's Degree in Psychology. During her time as a graduate student, she was especially interested in intersectional approaches to mental health in women and marginalized populations. Raine's Thesis Research was featured in the 2020 Association for Psychological Science showcase and has been downloaded over 700 times throughout the world.

Raine has since gone on to become a Professor of Psychology in at the City University of New York at Hunter College, Pace University, and Marist College, teaching Psychology of Women, The Psychology of Human Sexuality, Abnormal Psychology, Sensation and Perception, and Media Psychology. Raine is also a professional musician and holds women's empowerment workshops for other females working in the music industry.

Her ideas were actionable and applicable immediately, and she fostered a comfortable environment in which everyone felt willing to share their own struggles with the group. Her knowledgable and nurturing demeanor was infectious, making all present sorry to see it end!
